av_inherit_color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Mal angenommen, nach umfangreichen Verst\u00e4rkungs- und Ausbauma\u00dfnahmen im \u00dcbertragungsnetz w\u00e4re das Planungsnetz 2030 bereits nahezu realisiert, die installierte Leistung auf Basis erneuerbarer Energietr\u00e4ger betr\u00e4gt wie im Planungsszenario bereits das Dreifache der Spitzenlast und die verbliebende konventionelle Kraftwerksleistung w\u00fcrde nicht mehr allein ausreichen, um die Spitzenlast zu decken. Wie werden die Dispatcher dieses Netz mit der dezentralisierten Einspeisung sicher betreiben k\u00f6nnen? Welche Werkzeuge werden daf\u00fcr in der Leitwarte ben\u00f6tigt? Inwieweit werden die Erneuerbaren bereits zur Bereitstellung der ben\u00f6tigten Systemdienstleistung beitragen? Und welche Rolle werden dabei marktorientierte L\u00f6sungen und andere Sektoren wie W\u00e4rmemarkt, Mobilit\u00e4t und Industrie spielen? Diese elementaren Fragen zur Energiewende im Elektrizit\u00e4tssystem standen im Mittelpunkt der Teilnehmerdiskussion beim WindNODE*-Showroom-Termin der Projektpartner Universit\u00e4t Leipzig und GridLab am 11. M\u00e4rz 2019 im Dispatchertrainingszentrum der GridLab GmbH. Hieran nahmen rund 20 Vertreter von Berlin Partner, Bosch, e2m, der Berliner Initiative \u201eMeine Energie f\u00fcr meine Stadt\u201c, Siemens, TU Berlin und Vattenfall teil, weitere Teilnehmer konnten die Veranstaltung dank einer Online-\u00dcbertragung f\u00fcr die WindNODE-Akademie \u00fcber das Internet verfolgen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Showroom-Termin begann mit einem \u00dcberblick \u00fcber den Projektarbeitsstand im Kontext \u201eStrommarkt und Stromnetz &#8211; Vorfahrtsregeln im Energiesystem der Zukunft&#8221; durch die Uni Leipzig und der Erl\u00e4uterung von GridLab-Studienergebnissen zur Analyse der Netzdienlichkeit von dezentralen Flexibilit\u00e4ten am Beispiel der in Berlin mit einer Leistungsgr\u00f6\u00dfe von mehr als 100 MW in Errichtung befindlichen Power-to-Heat-Anlage. Im Anschluss f\u00fchrten Experten der GridLab am Beispiel des im SCADA-basierten Dispatchertrainingssimulator implementierten 2030-Planungsszenarios f\u00fcr das nordostdeutsche \u00dcbertragungsnetz kritische k\u00fcnftige Netzengpasssituationen und operative L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze nach klassischem Ansatz bis hin zur Anwendung von Redispatch und Phasenschiebertransformatoren vor. Hierbei wurden die Grenzen der heutigen Dispatcher-Eingriffsm\u00f6glichkeiten verdeutlicht und die Diskussion mit den Teilnehmern er\u00f6ffnet. Dabei wurden insbesondere die Opportunit\u00e4ten einer umfassenden k\u00fcnftigen Einbeziehung von dezentralen Flexibilit\u00e4ten als neue Werkzeuge f\u00fcr die Dispatcher der Netzleitwarten diskutiert, wobei sowohl Strommarkt basierte L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze wie das \u201eNodal-Pricing\u201c \u00fcber die Etablierung von lokal-regionalen Systemdienstleistungs-Marktmechanismen bis hin zu dynamischem\u00a0 Netzentgelten im Mittelpunkt standen.<\/p>\n<p>Beim n\u00e4chsten Showroom-Termin werden dann anhand des implementierten 2030er Dispatchertrainingsszenarios bereits auch erste dezentrale L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze der Engpassbew\u00e4ltigung und Spannungshaltung durch Dispatcher vorgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen. \u00dcber den konkreten n\u00e4chsten Showroom-Termin in 2019 werden wir rechtzeitig vorher informieren.
