For GridLab, it was and is important to permanently incorporate the sometimes very different interests of employers and employees in particular into the further development of the TAC. For this reason, the TAC\/TDC expert committee was established in 2015.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Technical Development Centre<\/strong><br \/>\nis a powerful process for recognising potential and developing employees in grid and system management at grid operators. It was specially developed to meet the requirements of energy supply companies and enables companies to identify opportunities for further development and the promotion of people already employed in
