How does power supply work?
Mehr als Schalten lernen…
- Electricity is an omnipresent companion that we use or need almost always and everywhere. But we only really notice it when it is suddenly missing. However, few people know why the energy flow works so smoothly, what tasks a grid operator has and what challenges we are facing with our electricity grid as a result of the energy transition.
This training provides participants with an easy-to-understand insight into the key topics of electrical energy supply. This topic, which affects us all, is thus made accessible to a broader group of people than just those working in the electrical engineering sector. We place particular emphasis on communicating sometimes complex interactions in an understandable way.The one-day training also covers the latest developments in the legal, market-related and technical environment. We give you a structured insight from the perspective of an independent service provider in the energy sector

Lernziele
-
- Understand the basic physical relationships and know why energy is transmitted in this way and why the energy supply system has developed as we know it today
- Understand the structure of the grids and know the most important players
- Understand the “tools” of the power supply that are used to keep the system running (e.g. “redispatch”)
- Understand and be able to categorise the latest news from the energy industry
-
