Technical assessment centre

The Technical Assessment Centre (TAC) is a two-day procedure for the aptitude assessment of applicants for the target position of grid manager / dispatcher / operator grid control centre (electricity). With this standardised procedure, we support you in measuring and evaluating the suitability characteristics of your applicants that are critical to success.

For this process, an empirical requirements analysis with expert rating was carried out by job holders, managers and HR staff from well-known energy supply companies. We use the resulting requirements profile to assess the suitability of your candidates for the target position.

The TAC consists of standardised (psychological) tests, a standardised observation system and a challenging simulation exercise. We carry out the procedure together with you on the basis of a standardised observer training course at the GridLab Training Center or, on request, at your company location.

The TAC is based on the requirements of occupational aptitude diagnostics, which are set out in DIN 33430:2016. We are guided by this standard and, in addition to complying with the quality requirements, we also subject the procedure to regular review.
