Resilience training for reporting and coordination centres
-
Target group
Energy supply companies perform important tasks and functions as a central communication platform for a large number of stakeholders via central reporting centres. These include external stakeholders such as customers, the press and civil emergency services (e.g. fire brigade), but also stakeholders such as the management, first responders and service providers. The employees of such reporting centres must fulfil essential requirements. In addition to the efficient handling of incident and event reports, this also includes clear communication with the stakeholders.
The energy transition (possible bottlenecks) as well as the war in Ukraine and the associated impact on our energy supply security are creating additional challenges. For example, temporary coordination centres can be set up whose tasks include coordinating any necessary supply interruptions in the grid area of the energy supply companies.
We have made it our task to prepare these personnel, who are confronted with special and potentially stressful situations when dealing with the numerous stakeholders, for such situations. In this way, we support you in your corporate welfare function and consequently also in maintaining the operational readiness of these key personnel
In resilience training for reporting and coordination centres, the topics of stress management, communication techniques and strengthening resilience are taught in a target-group-specific and practice-oriented manner.
